1. What was the biggest challenge you faced when designing the SS25 Capsule Drop 1?
“The biggest challenge with drop 1 was narrowing down the collection. We honestly had a lot of designs to choose from but we didn’t want to overdo our first drop. We think the customer needs to grow with us, and knowing what’s too little or too much is very important. Especially when starting.”
2. Is this planning on being a one-time release or could we see this in the future?
"Even though we don’t release until tomorrow, we’ve already heard feedback from the community. People are asking for different color variations of items from drop 1. But this brand is built to be limited. Chances are we won’t remake most of these items... and just an insider's scoop, we’ve already started working on the next drop."
3. What’s the meaning behind "authentic"? How are your supporters meant to feel when they put on AUTHENTIC?
"Reserved for Authentic is a prestige clothing brand developed to help the young male express his persona through distinguished style. The brand provides clothing to compliment the mind, body and spirit. We’re living in a time where authentic product is in high demand. We want leadership to feel a little more fun through style."
4. What’s something about the RSRVD brand that new customers might not catch at first glance?
"To make sure our customers feel like the shit when wearing our products, we decided to use premium U.S. manufacturers and most of the capsule drop 1 is cut & sew."
5. The Gryphon hoodie graphic is wild. Where did that come from?
"For our hoodie design we used one of our main graphics, the gryphon. If you know a little about mythology, gryphons are seen to have strength, courage, wisdom, and protection. They’re guardians of treasure and gold. We feel like the gryphon will bring great prosperity to the brand and our authentic community."
